Gary and Rosella Franscioni started ROAR Wines with the knowledge that Pinot Noir had a shining future in the Santa Lucia Highlands, and a dream that their farming know-how would translate amazing grapes into amazing wines. T oday we produce 15 wines, all from estate properties that we own and farm as a family. The fourth generation of Franscionis, Adam & Nick, carry on the family tradition both in the vineyard and cellar. Our winemaker, Scott Shapley, has been at the helm since 2012 and has helped drive ROAR to new heights. Together, we make ROAR.
