Clarice Wine Company

Clarice Wine Company is the new vision from famed Pinot Noir winemaker Adam Lee. Sourcing from just two vineyards – the Rosella’s and Garys’ Vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands – Adam produces wines in a method inspired by his grandmother’s (Clarice Phears) way of cooking. In each vineyard he combines disparate section of fruit, picking sections together that usually ripen two weeks apart, in hopes that the combination of ripeness levels produces a more complex wine.
