Ursa Vineyards

Ursa Vineyards is a small producer from the Sierra Foothills of California.  We use an old world approach such as open top fermenters manipulated by hand and gravity flow whenever possible.  We feel these minimal handling techniques allow us to hightlight the unique characteristics of each vineyard and varietal.
