VINEYARD NOTES Bordering the Mokelumne River and Gill Creek Slough our River Ranch Aglianico Vineyard was planted in 2015. The 6.75 acres sits on deep fine sandy and sandy loam soils and takes advantage of the high water table. WINEMAKER NOTES Our 2021 vintage takes this Italian variety and gives it a French Provence style twist. The aroma is bursting with tropical notes of passion fruit and underripe strawberry. The first sip immediately translates these flavors on the palate and brings a crisp acidity and savory mouthfeel. The delicate, dry finish is sure to have you going back for more.
