Description
We christened the Monga Zin® as we stumbled while saying its appellation too many times, probably after having too much of this HUMONGOUS mouthful of fruit and rich milk chocolate. Very bright pomegranate-dried cherry-cranberry fruit, brown sugary-caramel oak, bit of dusty earthiness, fragrant Asian spices—Chinese 5-spice in milk chocolate/cocoa; in the mouth it is creamy yet tangy, very concentrated and mouth-filling!
Planted in 1918, dry-farmed bush vines, organically farmed, perimetered by major freeways. Incredibly low yield of 0.15 tons/acre.
