Littorai Mays Canyon Chardonnay 2020

Since 2018 we have added a young block of vines to this bottling. That block was designed and planted for Littorai with the clones of our choosing. It is blended with blocks planted in 1998 and 1982. Great aromatic complexity already: notes of white peach, green apple, cucumber, spearmint and orange blossom. The palate entry is silky with a beautiful balance between concentration and acidity. This is a linear, crisp, salivating wine with lots of drive and focus which slowly builds to a luscious finish.
