Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

We utilize three different cabernet sauvignon clones in this wine: Clone 4 that provides the plush red fruit, Clone 6 that provides the mid-palate spice, and Clone 337 (our favorite) which provides the classic Bordeaux focus and structure. This wine exhibits the classic aromas of cassis, licorice, and dark currant fruit with a slight hint of vanilla toast from the French oak. It is rich and full-bodied with sweet tannins, a multi-layered mid-palate of dark red and black berries, and a long finish with hints sweet vanilla and cassis. The wine will age well over the next 10-15+ years.
