Description
Made in a traditional Bordeaux style, the wine was fermented in French oak barrels and aged 9 months on the lees with frequent bâtonnage. Comprised of three clones of Sauvignon Blanc (Peter Michael, Phelps, and Clone Musqué) with Semillon, this blend is aromatic with stone fruit and offers a richly structured, complex palate of citrus, fig and a touch of spice, finishing long and crisp.
