Description
100% whole cluster pressed to tank. Cold-settled overnight, racked off gross lees. Fermented with VL3 yeast and aged in barrel for 11 months. No malolactic fermentation. Sterile filtered before bottling. Marzipan, peach and wet rocks on the nose, with some rich peach flavors on the palate, along with a surprising bit of acidity/minerality. The quick hint of richness gives way to a medium-bodied mouthfeel and clean, crisp finish.
